A wee bit about me

Hello! I’m Sally. Pleased to meet you! I’ve been a photography enthusiast for as long as I can remember. My very first camera was a Kodak Ektralite 10 point and shoot camera. I took it everywhere with me, constantly taking photos. I was obsessed with visually capturing memories. In fact, I still have all of my old school photo albums documenting my life from childhood to college to prove it. I’ve always been creative and for whatever reason, being a photographer as a career never entered my realm of possibility. Instead, I pursued a degree in Fine Arts then another in Interior Design, which lead me to an incredible career as an interior designer – working for some high-end interior design firms, including my own!

After achieving much as an award-winning interior designer, I’m now changing paths and channeling my creative efforts into architectural and interior photography. Moving into photographing architecture and interiors is a natural evolution for me.

Why choose me? What makes me different than other architectural and interior photographers? I could say it’s my sense of humor or charm, but truthfully, the advantage to hiring me is my curatorial eye, attention to detail, and service-oriented focus that I’ve honed over 20+ years in the high-end interior design industry. I bring decades of experience working in beautiful architecture and interiors. This experience allows me to look through my lens, compose, and create images documenting architectural and interior details with a unique perspective and approach.
